BUSINESS DAYS are MONDAY-FRIDAY and END at 4:00PM Central Standard Time (CST). Orders placed on after 4:00PM CST are processed the following BUSINESS DAY. The majority of our orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that tracking information will be provided and may take up to (48)-hours after placing your order. Be sure to Contact Funkcandy if you have not received tracking details, if applicable, within (48)-hours.

Contact Funkcandy for expedited shipping options (see above) and assistance. Orders ship (24-48)-hours after being placed. Orders with multiple product categories may deliver in (2)-shipments. The USPS does not generate a tracking number for all shipments (e.g. 1st Class USPS mail). Funkcandy will notify you of any tracking numbers generated by the shipping carrier & do our best to communicate in situations where items are on back-order, out of stock or are no longer available for reasons unbeknownst or due to supplier inventory. Please note that we only ship within the U.S. at this time and you must be over (21)-years of age to view this website and/or place an order.

Un-opened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns must be received by Funkcandy within (14)-days of purchase. 

To return an item, contact us at sales@funkcandy.com or (713) 714-0390 and we will provide authorization & additional instructions to return your item for a replacement or refund.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
